General Questions

Where does your olive oil come from?

Our olive oil is born on the island of Thassos, Greece, where olive trees have thrived for centuries under the Aegean sun. Each drop reflects the island’s purity and time-honored tradition, cold-extracted and bottled close to harvest for the freshest, most authentic taste.

What makes your olive oil special?

We use gentle shaking machines to lightly vibrate the branches, keeping our trees safe while allowing the olives to fall naturally. After harvesting, we hand-check and selectively pick only the olives that meet our high-quality standards for extra virgin olive oil, not every olive is chosen, only the best.

Our EVOO is made exclusively from the rare Throumba olive, native to Thassos and known for its naturally high polyphenol levels and low acidity. The olives are gathered at peak ripeness, pressed within hours, and never blended, preserving a full-bodied flavor, exceptional freshness, and the authentic character of Thassos in every bottle.

What makes your honey unique?

Our honey is harvested from the pine trees of Thassos, Greece. It’s naturally rich in nutrients, has a robust flavor, and is free from any additives, making it an authentic Greek treasure.

How do you ensure the quality of your olive oil?

Every batch is third-party lab-tested to guarantee purity, freshness, and key quality markers such as polyphenol levels and acidity. This transparency ensures you always enjoy genuine, high-grade extra virgin olive oil, just as nature intended.

Product-Specific Questions

Is your olive oil pure and unfiltered?

Our olive oil is 100% extra virgin, made only from hand-picked Throumba olives. It is lightly filtered to remove natural residues like olive pulp and moisture.

This gentle filtration keeps all the flavor, nutrients, and antioxidants intact while ensuring the oil stays fresh, stable, and crystal clear for longer. It’s the perfect balance between purity and quality, clean, golden, and naturally full of character.

Does your honey contain any additives or sugar?

No, our honey is completely natural. We do not add any sugar, preservatives, or artificial flavors. It’s just pure, raw pine honey from Thassos.

How is your oregano different from regular oregano?

Our wild oregano from Crete is sun-dried and harvested in its natural habitat, resulting in an intense flavor and aroma unmatched by commercially grown varieties.
