Consumers are entitled to a right to appeal (right to object) for contracts regarding the delivery of goods under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
You have the right to appeal from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The appeal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right to appeal, you must inform us of your decision to object to this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email). Please address your appeal to:

You may use the attached model appeal form, but it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you may submit another clear statement electronically. If you choose this option, we will immediately (e.g., via email) confirm receipt of your appeal.
To meet the appeal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right to appeal before the appeal period has expired.
If you appeal from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your appeal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the appeal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
