1. Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship to Germany. We are working hard to expand our shipping services starting in 2026. Stay tuned for updates!

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Note: We do not offer express shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for an order under 70 Euros are 4,90 Euro.
Free shipping is available for orders over €70.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based of your order and destination.

5. Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments within Europe, customs duties or fees typically do not apply. However, VAT and other applicable taxes may be included in the final price at checkout, depending on your country’s regulations.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We strive to ensure your package arrives on time and in excellent condition. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed:
  • Lost or Damaged: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt with your order details and photos (if applicable).
  • Delayed: Please allow additional time for unforeseen courier issues. Contact us for assistance if your package is significantly overdue.

8. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. The product must be:
    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Free from any signs of damage, except for damages incurred during shipping.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Perishable items such as food products if the seal is broken.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

9. Worldwide Shipping Launch
